A promenade in Moscow’s International Business Center – also just known as Moscow city – showcases what Moscow aspires to be. A lot of people take panoramic pictures from Sparrow Hills (Vorobyovy Gory), but it pays off to get closer and explore. Still under construction and lacking a distinctive skyline, it is still interesting to watch businesspeople rushing past and imagine the changes to come.
