A beautiful restaurant nestled into the Alsace region, surrounded by vineyards and green hills. Menus are available with three or four courses. Entrées and desserts are definitely not to be missed as they were all fantastic. Living like gods in France.

poached egg on fricassee of porcini mushrooms and chanterelles – beautiful creamy sauce 
filet of wild John Dory, fried Pak Choi and mango and coconut juice – flaky fish and good flavor combinations 
filet of sea bass, saffron risotto with mushrooms and vanilla jus – a bit deconstructed 
rabbit saddle stuffed with ceps and its juice, green bean purée 
cheese selection – Tomme auf foin, Coulommiers, Roquefort – strong french cheeses 
pistachio soft biscuit, creamy pistachio, crispy wafer and vanilla whipped cream, fresh raspberries – moist cake and beautiful flavors 
mango chocolate, wasabi mango confit, melting chocolate heart – desserts are all beautifully presented and a feast for mind and soul
