Seville’s Cathedral in different moods

Europe

Cathedral of Saint Mary of the See or the Cathedral of Sevilla is the larges Cathedral in the world and the third-largest church and a Unesco World Heritage site in Sevilla together with the Alcázar and the Archivo General de Indias. As a whole it is pretty much built to impress, with superlatives both in size and decor. As is typical for the fought-over Andalusian region, this cathedral was originally a mosque and remodelled after it fell back to Christian rule.

For skipping the extremely long line to get tickets for it, go to the Church of El Salvador first and get the combined ticket, then just walz up to the main entrance and they will let you in!
