It has been only a little over a year since my last visit in Barcelona, but this time with better pictures due to a better camera, photographer and photoshopper. You can read about my last visit here, so really no need to go into to much detail. But don’t get me wrong, each trip is different and the city never gets old as there is plenty of things to discover.

Casa Battló at night

Sagrada Familia in all its glory

the cathédral

Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya on top of the Montjuïc

the German Pavillon by Mies van der Rohe, so modern and timeless despite it being built in 1929

Gran Teatre del Liceu

in front of the Sagrada Familia
Here are a few other pictures of the Sagrada Familia because I just love it so much, construction has advanced slightly and it is fascinating to discover minor changes and additions that haven’t been there before, stoked to visit again in a few years.

Park Güell

Palau de la Música Catalana
We booked some tickets to see a concert in the beautiful Palau de la Música Catalana which was lovely. I might have fallen asleep during the concert but only because we had been walking all day and I was really tired…
